Moshtaque Ahmad Noori (Urdu: مشتاق احمد نوری) (born 7 May 1950) is a respected figure in the world of Urdu Literature as a famous Short Story & Critic Writer. He was born in Old Purnea District (Now Araria) in Bihar in 1950. Born On May 7, 1950, in Small village of Pothia of Purnea District (Now in Araria), has been a Bright Student From his early Age. Moshtaque Noori Done his Early Education from Village School And Madarsa and His Secondary Education From Azad Academy Araria. He Completed his Graduation from Bhagalpur University in 1971 and did B.Ed from Patna University in 1975 and M.Ed also from Patna University in 1977 .
He Competed BPSC〔http://bpsc.bih.nic.in/〕 In 1977 and joined Information & Public Relation Department, and retired in 2011 Government of Bihar.
In his Service duration he has been Posted throughout Bihar Starting from Kishangang, Purnea, Araria, Sasaram, Samastipur and Finally to Patna.
His last posting was in Chhapra under SARAN Division and he Retired From there from th Post of Joint Director I&PRD.
In his tenure as Government Officer he Served as Chief PRO of Chief Minister of Bihar and twice Secratory to the Cabinet Minister and he also Served as the Secratory to Bihar Urdu Academy〔http://www.biharurduacademy.org〕
Moshtaque Ahmad Noori is a Big Name in the world of Urdu fiction, as he is from the same land from where Mr. Phanishwar Nath Renu〔Phanishwar Nath 'Renu'〕 came on whose Novel the Classic Teesri Kasam〔Teesri Kasam〕 was been made.
The young Critic Haqqanul Qasmi proclaimed that "Mr. Noori is the Revival of Mr. Phaniswar Nath Renu in his Book (Tawaf-E-Dasht Junoon), his article can be found out in mostly every Urdu Publication of India.
His writing is not limited to India but also can be seen in our Neighboring Countries of Bangladesh and Pakistan.
On his writings he had many Honorary Awards from many Institutions and Organisations.
His Critical analytic of Fictions specially Published in Quarterly Mobahsa Edited by well Renowned legend Critic Late. Prof. Wahab Asharfi, has been well applauded in the Urdu world.
He has written so many Articles on Literary Figures which has been published in Renowned Urdu Magazines. The Collection of these articles is in the Press and will be published soon.
